Heaven's Light
Never before have I seen it,
the light of the past as awesome as can be.
Over following with emotions,
rushing over like a sea of chaos.
What is this I wonder,
this thing which I see.
Like a film projecting before me,
I can feel it.
Warm, stillness, hate and the cold,
such sensations I can't even fathom.
It's all beyond me and yet I know it,
I see it there, but still cannot see.
Voices echo but I know not where,
they grow louder and louder.
I'm blinded and silence deafens me,
the film changes - I can see.
Motionless and weighted,
I cannot move.
Jumbled words are spoken,
and images blur in and out.
Strangled by loving arm
