Description

Finally decided to finish the digital version of my Sailor Cosmos drawing. Made her all glowy-like. I still don't know how I'll finish the original traditional drawing but, I will finish it by Anime Mid-Atlantic (June). So yeah, this is the 8.5x11 size, there will be a poster size as well. Anyhow, enjoy.
